About Us
Zacchariah Zypp & Co., established in the spring of 1972, is Crested Butte's oldest business under it's original owner, Noel Adam. It is the home of Crested Butte Lapis Lazuli from the Blue Wrinkle Mine on North Italian Mountain, 12 miles east of Crested Butte. We possess the largest collection of cut Mt. Antero aquamarine in the world which is the Colorado's State gemstone. Zacchariah Zypp & Co. also features Colorado Turquoise from the Manassa, Cripple Creek, and Villa Grove Mines combined with our Crested Butte Lapis or separately. Over 95% of our jewelry is American made.
We specialize in Native American and contemporary designer jewelry pieces. We buy gold and silver and provide repair, ear piercing services, and appraisals.
