Since 1977, SRT has been rafting the uncrowded rivers around Gunnison and Crested Butte, Colorado. We raft the Gunnison, Taylor, Lake Fork, Rio Grande, and San Miguel Rivers; and Ruby/Horsethief Canyons. We offer great family float trips, exciting whitewater trips, inflatable kayak trips, walk/wade and float fishing trips fishing on Gold Medal waters, and rock climbing instruction. We also offer guided fishing trips to the tailwaters at the Taylor Dam. Friendly staff and experienced, certified guides. Our job is to show you one of the best days of your summer! Full service river gear shop at our Gunnison location offering boats, frames, paddles, PFDs, and everything you need to put it all together. Inflatable kayak and stand-up-paddleboard rentals. If you are interested in our rafting guide training program, you can sign up for our annual course beginning mid-May every spring. We limit the number of participants to ensure an outstanding learning environment, and one-on-one instruction.
