Join a team of fun-loving, enthusiastic coaches who enjoy skiing with kids outside in the winter. The Crested Butte Nordic Team serves athletes ages 3 to 18 for a winter season of cross country skiing, team building, and fun. We are looking for coaches for groups of eight kids, anywhere from one day/week to four days/week. We offer coaches’ training, US Ski and Snowboard Coach Licenses, and program syllabi, as well as resources and clinics throughout the year to help you be the best coach you can be. Our
