The Original Growler

The 2016 Original Growler endurance mountain bike races start in down town Gunnison, then head out to Hartman Rocks Recreation Area, where racers either do 32 or 64 miles of single track mountain bike racing.  More information:

• Saturday May 28, 2016, The Half-Growler, around 32-miles on the dirt* (limited to 350 riders) SOLD OUT. The wait list for this is crowded, too. If you really want to race the Half Growler, please consider riding in Sunday’s Half Growler, it’s the same thing.
• Sunday May 29, 2016, The Full-Growler, around 64-miles on the dirt* 
• Sunday May 29, 2016, SUNDAY’S HALF GROWLER, around 32-miles on the dirt* (Sunday starters limited to 350 riders)

NOTE: Saturday’s race starts at 9am sharp. Sunday’s races start together at 7am sharp and the total field limit for the Full-Growler and Sunday’s Half is 350.
