Kirtan yoga music
Kirtan is singing and chanting the names of the Divine in call-and-response format. This music evening is led by Nick Fulwiler who has studied with Govind Das and Jai Uttal in California! Bring an instrument if you play one or just come to enjoy singing and clapping along. If you enjoy the "yoga music" in Sanskrit that you hear in class, you will love being a part of this heart-opening practice that is said to "wipe the dust from the mirror of the soul".
