Intro to WoodPrintmaking
Woodblock printing is a fun way to reproduce original designs on paper or fabric. Draw a reverse image on a block of wood and carve away the negative space. The remaining raised outlines are rolled with ink and transferred to paper with pressure. Learn the origins and process of printmaking while working through various projects, including a three-color print on a textile of your choice.
