About Us

The Center for Mental Health is a private non-profit organization providing outstanding wellness treatment for people with mental health and substance abuse issues in the six counties of Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray and San Miguel. Programs include: mental health therapy, psychiatric services, emergency mental health services, substance abuse therapy, case management services, peer support groups, and education and training options. In addition, Gunnison is home to the only Equine Assisted Psychotherapy program offered by the center.
