The Mt. Crested Butte Performing Arts Center is embarking on the aesthetically, artistically and economically ''game changing'' Biery-Witt Center project to serve the needs of the Gunnison Valley for generations to come. The Biery-Witt Center will be a focal point for performances, conferences, educational symposia and receptions that will inspire our community, provide economic benefits and attract local and distant talent and visitors. The Biery-Witt Center will provide a highest-quality space that includes a 500-seat theater, conference halls and receptions rooms, which are currently unavailable as a single entity in the Gunnison Valley.

The Biery-Witt Center at Mt. Crested Butte will be a venue to hundreds of musicians, performers, artists, educators, community members and visitors. This new facility will go beyond the traditional boundaries of being just a performing arts center. It will be a facility to grow convention business; a breathtaking mountain setting for picturesque weddings and events; and a building with architecture that will inspire our community, provide economic benefits and attract visitors from near and far.
