This year, due to a low snow year, we are hosting a fundraiser and educational event to benefit our local watershed in Crested Butte. Even though there is not enough snow to race Oh Be Joyful, we hope to raise some money and awareness about what us locals can do to help improve water management and use in the valley. There will be free food, beer, and whiskey courtesy of our sponsors at The Brick Oven, SKA Brewing, and Deerhammer Distilling. There will also be a raffle with great prizes from a paco pad to a $200 Addidas Terrex gift card and more! We are also going to have a number of non-profits from our valley come and speak about their current issues and how us locals can get involved. The funds raised by the raffle and any donations we receive will be benefiting the Crested Butte Conservation Corps who will also be in attendance to share their mission.
